"I had called today to make a partial payment on the account because I had recently lost my job so I have been playing catch up since I got my new one l. I literally spoke to probably everyone in that office and vented cried it’s not that they wouldn’t get paid it’s that with losing my job and then getting a new one with a pay cut it was hard to managed rent and my car payment as well so I reach out but now get different information. I have been making partial payments because the last person I spoke to told me that as long as I put something down that would keep my account .i was so happy you have no idea to now calling today and speaking with Linda I call to make a payment of 400 I could not put the full 700 and some change but I put most she tells me that I have reached my limits for partial payments. Inconvenient and just sucks overall because I would have not been making the partials if I had a 3 time limit maximum which I still think it’s crazy so I was told one thing by one agent and told something different by another on Kim. It wound of been great to have grace especially with the times we are on but it’s fine just will not be doing business with them any longer. And technically I feel like this time it would of been my 3 time it’s like they are just trying to kick me out of state farm instead of support. Very disappointing."
