"I had called today to make a partial payment on the account because I had recently lost my job so I have been playing catch up since I got my new one l. I literally spoke to probably everyone in that office and vented cried it’s not that they wouldn’t get paid it’s that with losing my job and then getting a new one with a pay cut it was hard to managed rent and my car payment as well so I reach out but now get different information. I have been making partial payments because the last person I spoke to told me that as long as I put something down that would keep my account .i was so happy you have no idea to now calling today and speaking with Linda I call to make a payment of 400 I could not put the full 700 and some change but I put most she tells me that I have reached my limits for partial payments. Inconvenient and just sucks overall because I would have not been making the partials if I had a 3 time limit maximum which I still think it’s crazy so I was told one thing by one agent and told something different by another on Kim. It wound of been great to have grace especially with the times we are on but it’s fine just will not be doing business with them any longer. And technically I feel like this time it would of been my 3 time it’s like they are just trying to kick me out of state farm instead of support. Very disappointing."

"Do not use this agency. I have only been with them for several months (Home & Auto), and in that time I have been lied to by the agent (Daniel) multiple times. First, during the auto quote process I was told that if I sign up for Drive Safe & Save that I would receive an additional discount. I asked some additional qualifying questions, such as whether we would need to install a device in each vehicle, and I was told no, that I would still receive the full discount regardless of the vehicle I installed the beacon. Turns out, that was a lie and I needed to install a beacon in each vehicle to receive the full discount. This would not be a big deal except for the fact that I explicitly asked this question and was given a different answer. Then, after 2 months of coverage my monthly premium increased by $33 with no notice whatsoever. I call up the agency again and they have no idea why it changed, other than the price charged by underwriting was different than the price they quoted me. So I went through a lengthy quote comparison process and signed the agreement based on the price I was quoted, and then they increased it by $33 per month after the fact with no notice whatsoever. This agency will lie to you and give you false prices and then when you sign the documents they will change the prices after the fact. If you try to question them on it, they won’t give you an answer. Do not trust them, just go with someone else."
